Wow, this has been a long time coming! When I started this page I thought I would write a blog each fortnight (haha). Since that obviously didn’t happen this is the more realistic and achievable solution I came up with. Welcome to my weekly life updates.
Around June last year I became interested in using affirmations because literally everything I was reading was pointing towards using the power of thought in creating your reality. Achieving your goals didn’t seem so much about hard work (although it can involve that) but more about changing your inner voice and the story it was repeating.
If you know me, than you know I love books! Especially the type that make me think a little more deeply about myself and the world. Since becoming a mama I have found little to no time to sit down and read. Then I discovered Audible and let me tell you – if you’re tight on time its a game changer!
Welcome to my blog – I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank you for being here and reading my work. If you have any questions please feel free to get in contact with me. It is my wish that this blog will not only help you identify some of your own limiting beliefs, but encourage you to own them so that you can move on and grow. If you are someone that has completely got their shit together – if life is 100% exactly how you want it be to, than that is amazing but this blog probably is not for you.
How you go about your morning sets the tone for your day. Do you wake up and hit the snooze 5 times? Well if you think about it you are literally trying to postpone and resist your life. That’s not a great message to send to the universe first thing in the morning. In this blog I will share with you my personal morning routine which I designed to give myself the best possible start to the day!
